We are currently on the search for mentors and volunteers to assist with fundraising
Mentors have a responsibility to guide mentees academic development. The goal is to develop successful scholars, who will in turn become mentors themselves.
Mentor Requirements:
- Relate your collegiate learning experiences academically and professionally to the mentee
- Develop a relationship with the mentee
- Recognize and assist with learning strategies for the mentee at their University
- Maintain regular contact
- Encourage and nurture the mentee through opportunistic situations
- Encourage the mentee to be self-reliant and confident
